As approvals of imagery taken for commercial purposes are tracked and managed by the City of the Arts and Sciences itself, such content should not be submitted to the RF collection.

Cityscapes including the Singapore Flyer ARE allowed if the Singapore Flyer IS NOT the primary subject of the photo, otherwise a property release is required.

Imagery taken at Formula One races including but not limited to racing action shots, paddocks or close ups of race cars cannot be submitted to the RF collection unless a commercial agreement with Formula One Management is obtained.

Airstream, Inc.

The word "Airstream", as well as the design of Airstream trailers are registered marks of Airstream, Inc.

The word mark "Airstream" should be avoided in any titles or descriptions for trademark reasons.

Should any Airstream, Inc. product be featured within imagery it should be a minor or minimal component and not the main subject or focus in the Content.
